Job Description: We are currently seeking a Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Sheffield and Barnsley areas. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to students with Special Educational Needs, helping them to access and excel in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with SEN students to provide tailored support and guidance.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborating with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitoring and reporting on students' progress and behavior.
• Offering emotional and social support to SEN students.
• Adhering to safeguarding and school policies.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with SEN students is preferred but not essential.
• A genuine passion for supporting the educational and personal development of children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to adapt to various learning styles and needs.
• Relevant qualifications in education or child support are a plus.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this part-time position is £80 - £90 per day, depending on your experience and qualifications.
