Job Description: We are currently seeking a Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Sheffield and Barnsley areas. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to students with Special Educational Needs, helping them to access and excel in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with SEN students to provide tailored support and guidance.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborating with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitoring and reporting on students' progress and behavior.
- Offering emotional and social support to SEN students.
- Adhering to safeguarding and school policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with SEN students is preferred but not essential.
- A genuine passion for supporting the educational and personal development of children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt to various learning styles and needs.
- Relevant qualifications in education or child support are a plus.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this part-time position is £80 - £90 per day, depending on your experience and qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
