Ready to change lives every day?
If you’re passionate about helping young people thrive and want to make a real impact, this could be the role for you.

We’re on the lookout for a compassionate and driven SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Bolton, where we support students with complex needs. Every day brings something new — challenge, purpose, and heart.

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with students with additional learning needs, providing one-to-one support and helping them reach their full potential. You’ll play a key part in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child is supported to succeed.

No qualifications? No problem.
What matters most is your experience supporting children in the UK — whether through work, volunteering, or personal life. Your empathy, energy, and willingness to learn are what really count.

You’ll also be supported by a dedicated consultant throughout your placement — someone who’ll check in regularly, offer guidance, and make sure you’re growing and thriving in the role.

Who This Role is Perfect For

  • Psychology graduates looking to gain valuable, hands-on SEN experience

  • Care or healthcare professionals ready for a new, fulfilling challenge

  • Those with experience in education, youth work, or support roles

  • Anyone with a big heart, a proactive mindset, and a desire to make a difference

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience supporting children in any UK-based setting

  • Patience, positivity, and the ability to adapt

  • A genuine interest in inclusive education and special needs support

What You’ll Get in Return

  • A welcoming, supportive school environment

  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

  • Personalised support from your dedicated consultant

  • The chance to have a life-changing impact — every single day

If you're ready to take the next step in your career and do something truly meaningful, apply now.
You bring the heart — we’ll help you change lives.
