About the Role:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in supporting students with additional learning needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, global developmental delay, and speech, language & communication needs (SLCN). Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing structured 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils access learning, communicate effectively, and build independence.

• Using visual aids, sensory tools, and tailored resources to meet a range of communication and processing needs.

• Supporting teaching staff in adapting lessons for students with varying learning profiles and providing practical classroom assistance.

• Building safe, consistent, and positive relationships to help students feel secure and understood.
