About the Role:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in supporting students with additional learning needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, global developmental delay, and speech, language & communication needs (SLCN). Your responsibilities will include:

Providing structured 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils access learning, communicate effectively, and build independence.

Using visual aids, sensory tools, and tailored resources to meet a range of communication and processing needs.

Supporting teaching staff in adapting lessons for students with varying learning profiles and providing practical classroom assistance.

Building safe, consistent, and positive relationships to help students feel secure and understood.
