KS3 SEN Teaching Assistant – Salford (M30)

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN school based in Salford. The incoming Teaching Assistant will be working in small class groups in KS3 with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. Successful applicants must have experience working with children with SEN in some capacity. 

  • Specialist Academy School in Salford (M30), easily accessible by bus, train or car.
  • £84+ per day through PAYE (no umbrella company or agency fees) paid weekly.
  • Full-time role Monday-Friday paid on a timesheet basis through Teaching Personnel until the end of the academic year.
  • Great opportunities thereafter through Teaching Personnel.
  • Opportunity to work closely with pupils with SEN, making a real difference. 
  • ASAP start following registration with Teaching Personnel
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with SEN required.

Senior leadership are seeking a flexible and confident TA to join their committed faculty. This role involves supporting pupil engagement with the curriculum, with special attention to behaviour. Therefore, candidates must be comfortable managing disruptions. Teaching Assistants must be capable of following school-wide policies and schemes, alongside individual Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).

This role has an ASAP start with consideration for a given notice period.
