Job description
Teaching Personnel are working with a mainstream primary school in the M25 area that are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support students within an Inclusion Hub classroom on a long-term supply basis from September 2026.
The successful candidate must have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Previous school-based experience is preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils with additional needs
Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support
Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
Proven SEND experience (essential)
School experience (preferred)
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Patient, nurturing and proactive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
