We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team in a central Plymouth school. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated support to students with special educational needs.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt and implement individualized education plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of differentiated learning activities.

• Support classroom management and ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere.
• Engage in extracurricular activities and school events.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with SEN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative as needed.
• Understanding of special educational needs and different learning styles.
