This nurturing specialist school in Trafford is seeking a compassionate Specialist Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs, autism, communication and sensory needs.

The Role
As a Learning Support Worker, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support
- Support communication, sensory regulation & emotional wellbeing
- Encourage engagement, independence & confidence
- Help create a calm, structured and nurturing classroom
About You
- Experience with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
- Patient, empathetic and resilient approach
- Willingness to support autism, sensory and complex needs
- Strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
