- Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
- Supporting pupils during lessons, breaktimes and transitions throughout the school day
- Liaising effectively with teaching staff and the wider inclusion team
- Helping to create a safe, structured and supportive learning environment
The successful candidate will be highly experienced within SEN settings and able to demonstrate resilience, adaptability and a strong understanding of how to support children with complex needs. Every day brings new challenges, but also the opportunity to make a lasting impact on pupils who rely on dedicated and consistent support.
Benefits of working on supply through our agency:
- Competitive weekly pay
- Opportunities to secure long-term and permanent positions
- Flexible working options to suit your circumstances
- Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement
- Access to a variety of schools and settings across Manchester
