A client school in the Hulme area of Manchester, M15, are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work across the school to support a handful of children with specific needs on a 1:1 and group basis. The children have a variety of needs such as ASC, ADHD, SEMH and Learning Delay. The school are looking for a teaching assistant who has prior experience working with children with similar needs who is able to work as a constant support for the pupils through out the school day!

This is a full time position which is due to start ASAP. The school are looking for a candidate who is compassionate and dedicated and has a passion for making a difference in children’s education.

This two form entry primary school boasts a state of the art facility and children who show continual levels of progression.  The school is proud of its ‘vibrant learning environment’ and its ‘confident, articulate and talented learners’. the successful candidate will have continual support from the schools SLT and will be expected to get involved with all aspects of this busy school!

The school are looking to recruit for this role as soon as possible with a view to the successful candidate starting ASAP.

To be considered for this role, you will:

-          Have experience supporting children with a range of  special educational needs

-          Be comfortable supporting children on a 1:1 and group basis

-          With have a compassionate attitude towards supporting learning
