Job Title: Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher
Location: Loughton (IG10) East London/Essex
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Paid to Scale

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special education needs.
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social and emotional well-being of all students.
- Collaborate with parents, other teachers, and support staff to create a comprehensive and cohesive support system for students with SEN.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assistive technologies to enhance the learning experience for students with SEN.
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure maximum development.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues to promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with students with special education needs, including those with autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, etc.
- Strong understanding of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
