Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs? Whether you're experienced in education, care, or looking to transition into a rewarding new role, we’re recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of specialist settings in Surrey.

About the Roles

We are working with a variety of specialist schools and provisions, including:

  • Special schools, alternative provisions, and inclusive mainstream units
  • Supporting students with needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and complex learning profiles
  • 1:1 and small group support roles
  • Collaborative work with teachers, therapists, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Opportunities for both full-time and flexible day-to-day supply work

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who are:

  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEN
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient
  • Experienced in working with children or young people (in education, care, or voluntary settings)
  • Willing to learn and grow in a supportive environment
  • Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS (or already hold one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
