Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Fixed Term
Location: Horsham

We are looking for a caring and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly, dedicated team in Horsham. About the Role:

• Support teaching and learning in the classroom, with small groups, and in 1:1 sessions

• Help develop engaging learning resources and tailored strategies for individual needs

• Work closely with the class teacher to support all pupils, particularly those with additional needs

• Promote pupils’ welfare, emotional wellbeing, and social development

About You:
We are seeking someone who is:

• A great communicator, able to build positive relationships with children

• Calm, caring, and consistent in their approach

• Passionate about inclusive education and supporting children from all backgrounds

• A team player who’s eager to learn and share ideas

• Reliable, proactive, and able to use their initiative
