Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Fixed Term
Location: Horsham
We are looking for a caring and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly, dedicated team in Horsham. This is an exciting chance to make a real difference in the lives of pupils, helping them grow in confidence and achieve their full potential—both academically and personally.

About the Role:

Support teaching and learning in the classroom, with small groups, and in 1:1 sessions

Help develop engaging learning resources and tailored strategies for individual needs

Work closely with the class teacher to support all pupils, particularly those with additional needs

Promote pupils’ welfare, emotional wellbeing, and social development

A great communicator, able to build positive relationships with children

Calm, caring, and consistent in their approach

Passionate about inclusive education and supporting children from all backgrounds

A team player who’s eager to learn and share ideas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
