Job description

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a leading and award-winning SEN school group at their growing site in Horsham. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis, assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning and promoting positive emotional and behavioural development.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in a school or care setting preferred)
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to learning
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and therapists
  • A good standard of written and spoken English
  • Right to work in the UK (this school group is unable to offer sponsorship)
