Empower Young Minds as a SEN Teaching Assistant
Frome | Part-Time or Full-Time | September 2025 Start

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs?

A fulfilling opportunity has opened for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a group of specialist schools in Frome, offering exceptional education and care to learners aged 3 to 19.

This role begins part-time in September 2025, with the flexibility to start earlier and the option to move into full-time work. Hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only.

About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll provide tailored support to pupils both one-to-one and in small group settings. You will help deliver EHCP targets, assist with daily routines, and contribute to a consistent and nurturing learning environment. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and every moment offers a chance to build trust, celebrate small wins, and make a lasting impact.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
