Teaching Assistant – Complex Needs (Full Time) | Location: CB24 area | Start: ASAP or after half-term | Contract: Full time, Temp to Perm

We’re working with a welcoming school in the CB24 area who are looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support students with complex physical and emotional needs. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same – perfect for someone who wants to make a genuine difference.

The Role:

  • Supporting children with complex and challenging physical and emotional needs.
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to provide tailored support.
  • Helping students to manage behaviour, build confidence, and engage in learning.
  • Full-time role with the opportunity to go temp-to-perm.

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with complex or challenging needs (education or care background welcome).
  • Resilient, patient, and compassionate personality.
  • Someone who can stay calm under pressure and think on their feet.
  • A team player who is committed to helping students thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
