Who are we looking for?

We’re keen to hear from experienced SEN Teaching Assistants who are confident supporting children with additional needs and can bring patience, resilience and a positive approach to the classroom.

Previous experience in a school, specialist provision or supporting children with SEN is essential for these opportunities. A genuine passion for helping every child succeed is just as important.
