The Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils aged 4–11 with a variety of needs (ADHD, ASD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties)
• Work alongside teachers to create a safe, positive learning environment
• Implement behaviour support strategies and calmly manage challenging situations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with SEMH or mental health
• General SEND experience
• Patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
• Comfortable working in a PRU setting
• Ability to collaborate with staff and promote positive behaviour

Working Hours:

• Mon & Tue: 08:30 – 16:00
• Wed & Thu: 08:30 – 15:15
• Fri: 08:30 – 15:00
