SEN is a wide term that encompasses a lot; however, we would love to speak with individuals that are also SEN experienced outside of school environments. That might be as pastoral or support workers, mental health champions, voluntary work or even a personal familiarity such as with friends or family. We are looking for individuals comfortable working with Primary school pupils with Mental, Emotional or Physical inhibitions.

With increasingly inclusive school policies, there is an ever-growing need for SEN specialists to work in mainstream schools which these vacancies relate to. However, our specialist SEN branch is also recruiting now, so you might find one application equates to several once you are brought in!

Ideal Candidate:

  • SEN experienced – Covering Behavioural, Physical & Emotional difficulties.
  • Resilient & firm, but also an empathetic & considerate person.
  • Proven ability to adapt lesson plans in-line with pupil reciprocity and behaviours.
  • Have experience with 1:1 session and offering supplementary learning alongside studies.
  • Able to offer flexible availability for either temporary part-time roles or long-term, full-time roles.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
