Teaching Assistants – SEMH School – Bournemouth

Teaching Personnel are recruiting full-time Teaching Assistants for a specialist SEMH secondary school in Bournemouth. The school supports pupils (11–16) with SEMH, Autism and complex needs, all with EHCPs.

The Role:

• Classroom and 1:1 support

• Behaviour and emotional regulation guidance

• Helping deliver personalised learning programmes

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs

Ideal Candidate:

• Patient, confident and resilient

• Experience in SEN, youth work, care, or similar roles

• Available full-time and able to commit long term

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
