SEN Teaching Assistant – BL4

You'll work closely with class teachers and the SEND team, supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom to help them achieve their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a genuine difference in a rewarding role.

The Role:

• Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant in a BL4 school
• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Help deliver personalised learning and intervention sessions
• Encourage positive behaviour and independence
• Work alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals

• A patient, caring and resilient individual
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience supporting children or young people is desirable
• Passion for inclusive education and SEN support
