Start Date: November 2025
Salary: £85–£100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible

We are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive schools in the Blackburn and Darwen area for the upcoming academic year.

Your Role Will Involve:

Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups with a variety of needs (including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, and Downs Syndrome)
Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored interventions
Helping pupils engage in the curriculum and build confidence in and out of the classroom
Promoting emotional well-being, independence, and social development
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or non-school setting)
✅ Calm, positive, and proactive attitude
✅ A genuine passion for inclusive education
✅ Relevant qualifications or training (desirable, but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
