About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of specialist schools and provisions throughout Aylesbury. You’ll have the opportunity to work in settings that include:

  • Special schools, alternative provisions, and inclusive mainstream units

  • Supporting students with needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and more

  • 1:1 and small group support roles

  • Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and multi-disciplinary teams

  • Flexible opportunities, including full-time and day-to-day supply work

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from psychology graduates and anyone passionate about supporting children with SEN who are:

  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient

  • Motivated to learn and develop in a supportive environment

  • Experienced in working with children, formally or informally

  • Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS (or already have one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
