Teaching Assistants – SEN | Full-Time | Drivers Essential

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs? We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join a purpose-built complex needs school in a rural Norfolk location, supporting pupils aged 3–19 with a wide range of learning needs.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across a range of ages and needs, both in the classroom and around the school
• Assist in delivering personalised learning programmes under the guidance of teaching staff and therapists
• Promote independence, communication, and emotional well-being
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to support each student’s development
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging school environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A full, clean driving license (due to the rural location and possible off-site activities)
• A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN
• Patience, resilience, and the ability to adapt to individual needs
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take part in ongoing professional development
• Experience with SEN is desirable but not essential—we value the right attitude and willingness to grow
