SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted – September Start | Aylesbury
Primary & Secondary SEN Schools | Full-Time | September 2026 Start

Looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely make a difference every single day?

We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join fantastic SEN primary and secondary schools in Aylesbury from September 2026 on a full-time basis (5 days per week).

Whether you already have SEN school experience or come from a support work/care background, we’d love to hear from you!

✨ The Role:

  • Supporting children and young people with additional needs
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups
  • Helping pupils build confidence, communication, and independence
  • Supporting classroom learning and daily routines
  • Providing personal care where required

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Caring, patient, and enthusiastic
  • Comfortable working within SEN settings
  • Happy to support with personal care
  • Experienced in SEN, support work, care work, youth work, or similar roles
  • Looking for long-term or permanent opportunities
  • Available Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
