School Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Looking for flexible work where you can make a real difference?

We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to support fantastic Primary and Secondary SEN specialist schools across Aylesbury this September!

Whether you're looking for regular part-time work or prefer the flexibility of day-to-day cover, we have opportunities to suit you!

What you'll be doing:

✨ Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
Helping pupils engage with learning and reach their potential
Building positive and trusting relationships
Supporting communication, confidence and independence
Working alongside teachers and the wider school team
Providing personal care when required

⭐ What we're looking for:

✔ Previous SEN experience OR support work/care experience
Confident providing personal care
✔ Patient, compassionate and resilient
✔ Comfortable working with children and young people with additional needs
✔ Reliable and enthusiastic
✔ Available for part-time and/or day-to-day work from September
