We're looking for passionate, energetic and caring SEN Support Workers to join our fantastic team, supporting pupils across Primary and Secondary SEN Specialist Schools in Aylesbury.
Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day work or hoping to secure a regular part-time role, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
✨ Supporting children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
✨ Helping pupils thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
✨ Building confidence, independence and meaningful relationships.
✨ Providing personal care where required.
✨ Creating a fun, safe and positive learning environment every single day.
⭐ What we're looking for:
✔ Previous SEN experience or experience in a support worker/care role.
✔ A positive, patient and resilient attitude.
✔ Comfortable providing personal care.
✔ Available to work 8:30am–3:30pm.
✔ Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in young people's lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
