Job description

Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants looking for your next role? Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate individuals to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in schools across [location].

The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with a range of SEN needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH), Speech & Language Difficulties (SLCN), Sensory Processing Disorders, and Complex Learning Needs.

  • Assist with personal care where required (experience is a big plus).

  • Help create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to implement tailored learning plans.

✔ Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs (personal care experience is desirable).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
