About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking multiple full-time Teaching Assistants to support pupils with social and communication difficulties, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), at a well-regarded independent school near Cromer. This fixed-term role runs until 17th July 2026, with potential for extension.
We are looking for someone who:
Is compassionate, patient, and caring
Has some experience working with pupils with social communication needs or ASD
Can be adaptable, resourceful, and work well as part of a team
Is motivated to inspire and support pupils’ learning ✨
Psychology graduates are especially welcome to apply
