Teaching personnel are looking to recruit fully established SEN teachers to work with a KS2 class at a client school in the Newport area, Candidates will be asked to work between 8:30-3:30, planning and marking may be included . A full UK driving licence would be beneficial for the role.
The students within KS2 may be diagnosed with autism or co-existing conditions including ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy and or challenging behaviour.
This is a school with excellent supporting staff and a friendly environment. A great location with opportunity for both temporary and permanent roles available for the right candidates. There is a competitive rate of pay to be offered to candidates ranging from £85-£100 a day.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have gained qualified teaching status.
- Have a great passion for education.
- Are registered with the education workforce council.
- Experience working with SEN is essential.
- Can confidently plan a daily routine for support staff within the classroom.
- Are either Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT's) or experienced classroom practitioners.
- Team teach trained is desirable for the role.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
