Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference?

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a vibrant and nurturing specialist SEN school based in Northwich. This is a well-established, forward-thinking SEN school specialising in educating pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties, speech and language needs, and social, emotional and mental health challenges. The school is known for its inclusive, therapeutic, and child-centred approach, offering a tailored curriculum and high levels of support to enable every learner to thrive.

The school are currently looking for an enthusiastic Teacher to join from September 2025 on a full-time basis.

About the role:

  • Plan and deliver personalised and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils
  • Work collaboratively with a team of SEN professionals, support staff and therapists
  • Monitor and track pupil progress, maintaining clear records and communicating with parents/carers
  • Creating a positive classroom environment and implementing individual learning plans

What we’re looking for:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Proven experience working with SEN pupils
  • Strong behaviour management and ability to build supportive and positive relationships with pupils
  • A creative, flexible and resilient approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
