SEN Teacher – Empowering Students Through Personalised Education

The Role

As a SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver bespoke educational programmes that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for behaviour support and emotional regulation.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters engagement and growth.
  • Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching methods to ensure continued development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons.
  • Use creative, flexible approaches to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and carers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.

About You

  • A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
  • Calm, resilient, and solution-focused in challenging situations.
  • Skilled in behaviour management and developing support plans.
  • A team player who values collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in SEN settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
