SEN Teacher
Job description
Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Warrington, seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their supportive team.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to primary-aged pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Work closely with the SENCO and support staff to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.
- Implement strong behaviour management strategies and personalised learning plans.
- Foster pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching or supporting children with SEN in a primary setting.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children (Enhanced DBS required, or willingness to obtain).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
