Warrington Primary School – January 2026 Start
Teaching Personnel are delighted to be supporting a friendly and nurturing primary school in the WA4 area, and they’re looking for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from January 2026. If you’re passionate about helping younger learners flourish and love being part of a supportive, collaborative staff team, this could be the ideal role for you.
About the Role:
- Full-time KS1 class teacher position.
- Support pupils through targeted small-group work and early intervention strategies.
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Work closely with the KS1 team to ensure consistency, progression and joy across the phase.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff to create a welcoming classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early learning development.
- Confident with behaviour management and nurturing a positive, calm classroom culture.
- Someone enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to giving every child the best start to their school journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
