Teaching Personnel are currently seeking SEN Teachers for roles within a specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health provision catering to pupils with complex needs. The needs of attending pupils are varied, but may include:
- Extreme behaviour problems
- Anti-social and disengaged behaviour
- ADHD
The school caters for pupils from ages 11 to 18 offering students the opportunity to learn vocational and academic opportunities.
The independent school caters for pupils from across the Mansfield area, with the majority of pupils requiring one to one teaching assistant support.
The Role:
For this role applicants will be working in classes formed of between 5 and 7 pupils, leading the educational and pastoral support for the students, with 2 or 3 Support Staff at your disposal.

The candidate:
Applicants must have previous experience working with complex behaviour or challenging needs, either professionally or personally. QTS is essential. Additional qualifications which may be useful include: Team Teach or PECS.
