A primary SEN school in North Manchester is looking for a teacher to take on a full-time position in September. The school are dedicated to providing high quality education and support tailored to the needs of each student, and work to create an inclusive and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that cater to the individual needs of students
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess student’ progress and feed this back to other members of staff and parents/carers
- Manage a team of specialist support assistants within the classroom and guide their work to ensure all students are receiving the best individualised support
Requirements for this role
- Primary Teaching Qualification
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs
- Knowledge of SEN interventions and best practice
- Patience, empathy and a passion for working with children with a variety of needs
- Full-time availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
