Primary Class Teacher – Teaching Personnel

Salary: £550 - £750 per week.
Contract Type: Full Time / Part Time Opportunities Available
Location: Various Primary Schools
Start Date: Immediate and Future Opportunities Available

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated Primary Teachers to work within our network of primary schools.

We are looking for passionate educators who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, while supporting pupils to achieve their full academic, social and personal potential. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced practitioner, we would welcome your application.

The successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Set clear, ambitious and challenging targets for pupils based on prior attainment.
  • Assess, monitor and evaluate pupil progress rigorously, using assessment data to inform planning and teaching.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and pupil wellbeing.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and understanding of the learning and pastoral needs of primary-aged pupils.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff, parents and external professionals to support pupil progress.
  • Mark and provide constructive feedback to facilitate pupil development and achievement.
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and participate in school events and activities where appropriate.
  • Support curriculum development and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments while maintaining high standards of teaching and professionalism.

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Have a commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Are passionate about teaching and learning.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
  • Are flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively across a variety of school settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
