Teaching Personnel is working with a fantastic mainstream primary school looking for an enthusiastic and caring Year 1 Teacher to join their team this September.
Year 1 is such an exciting stage in a child's learning journey. You'll help pupils build confidence, develop key skills, and make the transition from EYFS into Key Stage 1 a positive and memorable experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons that inspire every learner.
- Creating a positive classroom where children feel safe, happy and excited to learn.
- Supporting every child to reach their full potential, both academically and personally.
- Working closely with a welcoming team of staff and building strong relationships with parents.
- Marking, planning and taking an active role in the wider school community.

- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching in a UK primary school.
- Is passionate about Key Stage 1 and understands the importance of Year 1.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
