KS1 Class Teacher
Location: Blandford Forum
Salary: M1–M6 Teacher Pay Scale
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent/Long-Term
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Blandford Forum that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.

The Role
- Full teaching responsibilities for a KS1 class, including planning, preparation and assessment.
- Deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Is committed to achieving the best outcomes for every pupil.
- Has a positive, proactive approach and enjoys working as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
