 SEN Primary School Teacher – Farnborough
Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum (Paid to Scale)
Contract: Full-Time, Contract Basis
Agency: Teaching Personnel
Required: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate, dedicated SEN Teacher to join a welcoming SEN Primary School in Farnborough. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed educator who is enthusiastic about supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs.

About the Role:

  • Full-time teaching position within a specialist primary setting

  • Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet a variety of learning needs

  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and senior leaders

  • Foster a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment

  • Track and monitor pupil progress, ensuring EHCP outcomes are met

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential

  • Experience working within an SEN setting (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong understanding of additional needs such as ASD, SEMH, SLD or MLD

  • Excellent communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills

  • A proactive and collaborative approach to teaching
