Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Farnborough

Teaching Personnel is looking for a motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a welcoming school in the Farnborough area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

About the Role:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs

• Assist the class teacher in delivering accessible and engaging lessons

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

• Support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, and academic progress

• Contribute to the wider school community where needed

We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (school experience helpful but not essential)

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A willingness to learn new strategies and adapt to pupil needs

• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)
