SEN Primary School Teacher – Dibden
Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum (Paid to Scale)
Contract: Full-Time, Contract Basis

Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive SEN Primary School in Dibden. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed educator who is enthusiastic about supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs.
About the Role:

Full-time teaching position within a specialist primary setting
-
Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet a variety of learning needs
-
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and senior leaders
-
Create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment

Track and monitor pupil progress, ensuring EHCP outcomes are met
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
-
Experience in an SEN setting (preferred but not essential)
-
Strong understanding of additional needs such as ASD, SEMH, SLD or MLD
-
Good communication skills, empathy, and effective behaviour management
-
A proactive and collaborative approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
