Join a Dedicated SEN Secondary Team in Fakenham!
We are looking for a Secondary SEN Teacher!
Set within five beautiful acres, our specialist school supports students aged 11–16 with Communication and Interaction Difficulties. Many pupils have Autism traits and hold full EHCPs. Learners work towards key academic milestones such as GCSEs and other accredited qualifications within a nurturing and structured environment.
A valid driving licence is a MUST!
We’re Looking For:

A Qualified Teacher (QTS) with experience teaching in SEND or specialist school settings
-
A confident and adaptable educator with a genuine passion for supporting young people with Autism and communication needs
-
Strong understanding of differentiation, behaviour support, and inclusive learning strategies
-
A calm, resilient, and positive approach to managing challenges
-
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to the school daily

Full-time availability and readiness to start immediately
Essential Requirements:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Proven experience teaching in SEND environments, ideally with SEMH or Autism focus

Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce Only) registered on the Update Service (ideal)

Right to work in the UK and Overseas Police Check if applicable (6+ months abroad in last 5 years)

Up-to-date CV showcasing relevant experience and achievements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
