Head of Centre – Specialist Resource Provision (SRP)
Location: Epsom
Employer: Teaching Personnel
Contract: Full-Time | Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £33,074 – £50,470 + SEN Allowance + TLR
Teaching Personnel is recruiting a skilled and passionate Head of Centre to lead a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) at a welcoming and inclusive school in Epsom. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of pupils with SEND and to lead a committed and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the SRP.
-Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil progress.
-Develop and implement curriculum plans and assessment frameworks.
-Monitor outcomes, lead interventions, and ensure strong pupil support.
-Line manage and support SRP staff, leading on CPD and performance.
-Maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
-Deliver high-quality teaching and uphold behaviour and safeguarding standards.
Essential:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-Leadership experience in a SEND or inclusive setting
-Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
-Effective communication with pupils, staff, and stakeholders
-Proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils with EHCPs
Desirable:
-NASENCo or NPQ qualification
-Experience teaching across key stages
-Mentoring/coaching experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
