Empower Pupils with SEND – Deliver Inclusive, Personalised Education
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with several supportive and inclusive schools in Brent, seeking experienced and passionate SEN Teachers to support pupils with complex learning needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact by providing tailored education that helps pupils overcome barriers and achieve their potential.

We are recruiting for full-time SEN Teachers to work in both mainstream schools with specialist resource provisions and specialist SEN settings.

The Role:

  • Deliver differentiated lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEND, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and communication difficulties

  • Use inclusive teaching strategies, visual supports, and personalised learning plans

  • Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to meet EHCP targets

  • Foster pupil independence, confidence, and emotional regulation

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with SEN experience (mainstream or specialist settings)

  • Confident supporting pupils with complex needs, including autism, SEMH, or communication difficulties

  • Able to collaborate with multi-agency teams and follow EHCP outcomes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
