Job description
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Do you want to make a real difference in a caring and inclusive school environment? Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming primary school in the OL15 area looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in September.
The Role:

Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with SEN
-
Help implement IEPs and adapt resources to meet individual needs
-
Support students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development
-
Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to track progress
-
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience with SEN (preferred but not essential)
-
Patient, empathetic, and flexible approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Relevant TA qualification (Level 2/3) desirable but not required

Genuine passion for helping children thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
