Learning Support Assistant

I am currently working with a great school located in the heart of Kingston Upon Thames and they are seeking skilled and experience SEN LSA's and TA's.

Starting after half term, the school are looking for an outstanding Teaching Assistant preferably with Team Teach training to join them on a long term basis.

The Role:

* A Learning Support Assistant is to work in a one-on-one with a student with SEN. This support is within the classroom, providing any extra help and guidance in completing tasks.
* Work with assisting the class teacher with individuals or groups work as well general class duties to help the teacher and ensure things run smoothly.
* Works closely with the SENCO and SEN Department providing education support programmes for students.
* The role will be reviewed every half term, I will liaise with you and the school to see how things are going.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
