SEN Support

Are you looking for an exciting role as an SEN Support Assistant in North Hampshire? Do you have relevant experience within this area?

We are working with a Special Needs school who cater for pupils with varied physical and learning needs. The successfull candidate will work in the classrooms, where class sizes consist of roughly 4 - 6 pupils. You will be supporting the class teacher with implementing lesson plans and assisting with various activities.

Requirements of the Role:

- Assist in implementing all aspects of each learners individual care plans.

- Must have a relevant qualification or previous experience working in healthcare, or with Special Needs individuals.

- Be prepared to undergo additional training if required.

- The pupils are encouraged to work independently, so patience is essential.

- Be resilient and have the ability to build relationships with the pupils and staff alike.

- Be an active participant in class activities and be instrumental in helping to carry tasks and activities out successfully

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
