Are you looking for Short term and long term roles?

Join this OFSTED ‘GOOD’ College teaching assistant staff. A school based in Edgware is seeking to appoint a behaviour mentor assistant to join their team in October. The London school has a large SEN department and are looking to expand their team, on a short and long term basis. You will be working with pupils who exhibit angry, aggressive and withdrawn behaviour towards members of staff and other pupils.

You will be working closely with the Head Teacher and the SENCO, ensuring regular feedback and evaluations are given to help improve the pupil’s behaviour and overall performance.

To be considered for this role, you must express the following skill set:

•Experience in a Secondary or College sector (KS5)

•Experience working with students with challenging behaviour

•Be Flexibly, patient and tolerant in different environments

•Excellent communication skills with children
