SEN Intervention Tutor

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to add to our fantastic team of Home tutors in the Hampshire and West Sussex areas. We are currently working with schools, private services and local authorities.

We are seeking private tutors and QUALIFIED TEACHERS to join our expanding pool. Tutors will deliver one-to-one tuition in a student's home, school or local library. Locations across Hampshire and West Sussex. Tuition times are can be during school, after school and during weekends. The majority of tuition will support the education of SEN pupils, with various needs arising including Social Emotional and Mental Health and moderate-severe learning difficulties.

Requirements:

- Must hold QTS or other equivalent UK teaching qualification

- Experience tutoring children desirable although experience working with children in other capacities will be considered

- Experience working with challenging behaviour and various SEN

- DBS check (registered on the Update Service) desirable, otherwise tutors can purchase a check via Teaching Personnel at a cost of GBP40

- Ability to drive in order travel to tuition locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
