SEN support Opportunities in large Secondary

  • Full-time 1:1 support roles available in Excellent school

One of our newly improved and thriving secondaries in Leatherhead has increased their capacity within their SEN team and now have some openings in September for new support assistants with experience or expertise in delivering pupil interventions, to focus on a range of needs inc; SLCN, ASD, SEMH & SpLD.

Ideally a qualification demonstrating an awareness of any SEN support or a practical knowledge gained through other roles will be attractive to the school, previous experience can include;

- SEN support assistant within an educational setting

- Residential Care settings

- Speech and Language support within the NHS

- HMP settings

-Youth Work/Mentoring

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
